Besides my usual excellent neck massage, I had dry needling in my hamstrings today. Both legs are really tight, especially my right leg which also has pain. The needling has helped reduce both pain and tighness. The sensations from the needling differed between hamstrings depending on how tight they were but must common sensation was a dull ache which is what today's treatment was aiming for. When finished I noticed my right leg was moving better when walking. Am looking forward to how my legs feel over next couple of days.
